Welcome to CalSync! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CalSync calendar synchronization service (the "Service") provided by CalSync Technologies Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

CalSync provides a calendar synchronization service that allows users to connect multiple calendar accounts (such as Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar) and view them in a unified interface. The Service may also include additional features such as scheduling tools, notifications, and analytics.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any security breaches
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for the Service. After the trial period ends, you will be required to select a paid subscription plan to continue using the Service.

4.2 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

4.3 Payment

By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CalSync Technologies Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

The Service integrates with third-party calendar services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALSYNC TECHNOLOGIES LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
